Linen comes from the flax plant. Flax is an eco-friendly, resilient crop that produces strong fibres that are woven into linen fabric. It’s a naturally sustainable crop, requiring minimal water and pesticides to produce, much less than cotton, whilst also yielding useful by products you may be familiar with such as flax seeds and flax oil. The flax is then dyed and woven into fabric we know as linen.

We recommend washing your pure linen pareo on a gentle machine cycle in cool water using a mild chemical-free detergent to preserve its delicate natural fibers. Simply hang the fabric to dry in the shade to naturally maintain its relaxed textural elegance and enduring softness season after season.
