We offer this trade program to qualified designers, stylists, architects and developers who share the CULTIVER ethos, you will also need an ABN.Your application will be reviewed in line with our partnership requirements.If you are seeking a trade account as an accommodation partner, hotel, restaurant or bar, please apply for a Hospitality account.

If you are tax exempt, please provide your certification during your application process.

Orders should be placed online by logging into your account. We will send you instructions on how to activate your account and place an order once we’ve reviewed your application.

Unfortunately discounts cannot be passed along to others to use either instore or online. Orders should be placed and paid for by the account holder, and refunds/exchanges should also be managed by the account holder.

Unfortunately Hospitality partners are not eligible for instore discounts, all orders should be placed online via the portal.

Trade discounts can be activated in our retail stores. Please make the store team aware when you arrive at the store that you’re a trade partner. However please note, our stores do not carry a lot of inventory so large orders may not be able to be fulfilled.

When you log-in to the portal, you will be prompted to enter your email address. Once you do this, you will receive a 6-digit verification code to access your account. If you cannot remember your email address, please email customer-service@cultiver.com.

If you can’t access your account, you can change your password by following the reset password link on the log in page. If you still have issues, please contact customer-service@cultiver.com.

Discount is applied in the checkout once your order qualifies for the discount. Please add all of the items to your cart and go to the checkout to see the trade price.

Items that are in-stock will be dispatched within 1 business day. If delays are expected, this will be displayed on the portal.

No, only a linen care information card will come with your order. An invoice will be included in your order confirmation email only.

When logged into your account, you will be able to view a live quote as you add products to your cart. Alternatively, please reach out to customer-service@cultiver.com who will be able to email a quote to you.

We are pleased to offer our Trade partners effortless returns and exchanges for all full-priced items within Australia. To be eligible for return or exchange:

• Goods must be unused, unwashed and unmarked.
• Return must be initiated within 30 days of delivery

Complimentary returns and exchanges are available. When returning for a refund, a $10.00 processing fee will be deducted from your refund. We ask that all refunds and exchanges are managed by the account holder, and they should be lodged via our return portal. 

To receive your complimentary Swatch Set, please log into your account via the ordering portal and add a set to your cart. When added to cart, a shipping charge will not be applied for this order. Alternatively, you can reach out to our team at wholesale@cultiver.com who will be able to assist.

We aim to provide the full collection for our valued Trade partners, however Cushion Inserts are excluded from the discount.
