CULTIVER LOAN LIBRARY | TERMS & CONDITIONS

At CULTIVER, we provide a product loan service on a contra basis, to support leading design, editorial and content opportunities. We offer this service to support projects that share our devotion to quality, craftsmanship and aesthetic integrity with sourcing the highest-quality CULTIVER linen and textiles.

Our loan service is offered in exchange for top-tier editorial credits or high-quality visual content. This ensures our linens are experienced and presented as intended, forming a mutually beneficial exchange grounded in respect for creative work and attribution.

Loan eligibility and process

• All loan requests require a minimum of 5 working days’ notice prior to the intended collection date. Earlier notice is strongly recommended to ensure availability and coordination.
  
• Loans are offered in exchange for editorial credit or approved content only. Requests intended solely for advertising purposes will not be considered.

Loan Requirements | Editorial

• Editorial loans are available for styling opportunities with top-tier media and publications. 
• Editorial loans are approved on the condition that CULTIVER will be properly credited in all editorial features where the product is present, including full product names and details where possible.
• Publication name and expected publication date to be shared with CULTIVER once available.
  

Loan Requirements | Content

• 
  Content loans are available for brand-aligned shoots where products will be styled and presented to a high quality.
• Content loans are approved on the condition that web-resolution files of still or motion assets featuring CULTIVER products will be shared with CULTIVER within 10 working days of availability/release for publication.
• Shared content must include permission for use across CULTIVER’s organic channels as a minimum, and paid channels where possible.
• When requested and/or credit details are provided, CULTIVER will credit appropriately when re-sharing content to own channels.
• We may occasionally approve content loans in exchange for brand credits and social media tags (mentioning @cultiver_goods or specific CULTIVER products) on all shared material featuring our products.
  

Loan collection and returns

• Collection and return of loans are to be arranged by the loaning party.
• Loaned products must be returned within 5 working days of collection, unless otherwise agreed in writing prior to collection.
• All items must be returned in the same condition in which they were loaned, packed and protected.
  

Sydney-based loans

Are to be collected and returned on a Monday, Tuesday or Thursday, between 10am and 4pm fromCULTIVER Head Office, located at:
Level 1, 643 Military Road, Mosman NSW 2088

Melbourne-based loans
Are to be collected and returned Monday to Friday only, between 10am and 4pm from the CULTIVER retail boutique, located at:
1069 High St, Armadale VIC 3143

Condition, cleaning and replacement

• If professional dry-cleaning is required upon return, a fee of 20% of the product’s recommended retail price (RRP) will be charged in addition to the professional cleaning costs.
• If an item is not returned, lost, or returned in unusable condition, a fee of 50% of the product’s RRP will be charged to cover replacement.
