I am writing to express my deep frustration and disappointment with a bath mat we recently purchased from your store for our new home. We chose Cultivar for its reputation for quality and durability, but unfortunately, our experience has been far from satisfactory.
We have used the bath mat for less than a week, and despite using it under normal conditions, it has already shown significant signs of damage (please refer to separate email sent from email address - Sophia0525c@gmail.com). The mat has started to fray and deteriorate in multiple areas without any undue stress or unusual usage. This is highly concerning, especially considering that the mat was intended to be a long-lasting addition to our home.
We expected a much higher standard of quality from Cultivar, and this product does not meet those expectations. Given the circumstances, we would like to request an immediate resolution to this issue, whether it be a full refund or a replacement with a product that meets the quality standards we believed we were purchasing.
Please advise on the next steps to resolve this matter as soon as possible. We appreciate your prompt attention to this issue and look forward to your response.
