I contacted cultiver because the loops that are used to hang them up on my towels fell apart a few months after purchasing (not what you expect when you spend £60 on a single towel) they said that they had discontinued all of their towels (strange) except one particular design, so I had to settle for that design even tho it wasn’t as nice as the one I’d spent so much money on originally. When the replacement arrived, it didn’t have any loops on the towel to hang it, which is what my issue was in the first place with my original towels. I contacted them and complained and they said I could send them back but this is inconvenient to me as I am disabled :( so I can’t do that easily and I shouldn’t have been sent these towels to begin with if they didn’t have a loop to hang them as that’s the whole reason I was reaching out to begin with. I have spent close to £1000 at cultiver between my two sets of bedding, towels, tea towels, napkins etc and I feel very let down and won’t purchase again. I also had an issue with one of my bedding sets and found them to be unhelpful, so I’ll go elsewhere in future. Luxury items require a luxury service or they’re not actually luxury.
