Christmas Shipping

Place your online order before the following dates to ensure your gift arrives before December 25th.

Orders of in stock items placed before 12pm (AEST) will be dispatched on the same day. Order placed before 2pm with express shipping will also be dispatched on the same day. All orders placed after this time will be dispatched the next business day.

If you place your order after these cut-offs and require same day shipping, contact us and we will endeavour to help.

Please note during holiday or promotional periods, dispatch timeframes may be extended.

Please note that as at October, 2021, Australian delivery networks are busier than usual which may cause slightly longer delivery times for both standard and express orders. Following the shipment of your order, you will be able to monitor the delivery of your parcel using the delivery tracking links issued to you.

We offer complimentary shipping for all full-priced orders within Australia via Australia Post.

All other International orders are shipped at a flat rate of $45 AUD via DHL Express.

If you are a New Zealand customer, all online purchases from our store are inclusive of GST. You can also purchase CULTIVER at Father Rabbit, our exclusive stockist in New Zealand. Father Rabbit offers free shipping on all orders over $75 NZD within New Zealand.

Please note; Orders containing only swatch items are shipped at a flat rate of $10. Orders of Sale or Archive items are shipped at a flat rate of $10.

Returns


We understand how important it is to find the perfect linen for your home, and uphold high standards of quality and customer satisfaction. As such, we’re happy to facilitate returns to ensure you are 100% satisfied with your order. Please read our Returns Policy below:

Returns & Exchanges

We offer complimentary returns and exchanges for all full-priced items within Australia. To be eligible for return or exchange:
- Goods must be unused, unwashed and unmarked
- Return must be initiated within 30 days of being received

Full price products are eligible for refund.
Discounted products are subject to special terms and conditions. Please refer to our Sales Terms and Conditions above.

Extended Christmas and New Years Returns Orders placed between November 1st, 2021 and January 30th, 2022 will be eligible for return 45 days from being received.

Please allow up to 5 business days after your return has reached our warehouse for the refund to be processed. This timeframe may be extended slightly during holiday and promotional periods. Refunds will only be issued to the original form of payment.

Please note, should your return not meet our return policy standards listed above, it will not be eligible for refund and we will re-ship the order to the original address.

Faulty Product

At CULTIVER we pride ourselves on the quality of our products, so in the unlikely event that you receive a product that is faulty, please get in touch with our Customer Service team at info@cultiver.com. who will do their utmost to rectify the issue for you as soon as possible.

Returns With Afterpay

You have the option to select Afterpay as your method of payment at checkout. For Afterpay returns, our returns policy applies, and you have the option to return your items for a full refund.

Once returns are processed, refunds will take approximately 3-5 business days to return to your account.

Please keep in mind that it is important to continue paying your Afterpay instalments whilst your return is on its way back to us and being processed by our warehouse as Afterpay will charge for any overdue payments. once your return has been processed you will receive a full refund.

If you are partially returning your order, we can still partially refund you. Afterpay will reduce your instalment amounts or cancel depending on the return amount. To view your updated payment schedule, please log into your Afterpay account.

Sales Tax


Australian orders are subject to 10% Goods and Services Tax, included in the prices shown.

Duties, taxes, and any import fees for all international orders are not prepaid by CULTIVER. Customers will be liable for all import duties and taxes levied by the country your order has been shipped to. These will be due at the time of or after delivery. CULTIVER is not liable for these charges and these charges will not be reimbursed or refunded by CULTIVER. If you are unsure of the charges that apply, please contact your local customs office for more information.

Shipping

Due to high order volumes during our Annual Shopping Event, please note that additional dispatch shipping delays can arise. Orders placed during our Annual Shopping Event will be dispatched within 2 business days, unless you are notified otherwise.

Complimentary standard postage is available on orders placed during our Annual Shopping Event*. Express postage is available at a flat rate of $10, and international orders will be shipped express at a flat rate of $45. *Please note, orders containing only Archive products will incur a flat rate of $10 postage.

Promotional Returns Policy

Orders placed during our Annual Shopping Event are subject to our Promotional returns policy, and cannot be returned for refund unless deemed faulty by CULTIVER. Orders can be returned for an exchange or store credit issued at the sale price. Returns for exchange or store credit are eligible for complimentary return postage. Goods must be unused, unwashed and unmarked, and be returned within 45 days of delivery.

Please note, our Annual Shopping Event also includes products from our Archive Collection, which are subject to our Archive returns policy. Archive products are final sale, and cannot be returned for refund, exchange or store credit, unless deemed faulty by CULTIVER.
