Shipping

Orders of in stock items received before 12pm (AEST) will be dispatched the same business day, unless you are notified otherwise at the time you place your order. 

Please note that during any holiday or promotional periods, dispatch times may be slightly delayed. 

We offer complimentary shipping for all full-priced orders within Australia via Australia Post. 

For shipping to the United States and Canada, please visit www.cultiver.com 

All other International orders are shipped at a flat rate of $45 AUD via DHL Express. 

If you are a New Zealand customer, all online purchases from our store are inclusive of GST. You can also purchase CULTIVER at Father Rabbit, our exclusive stockist in New Zealand. Father Rabbit offers free shipping on all orders over $75 NZD within New Zealand. 

Please note; 
Orders containing only swatch items are shipped at a flat rate of $10. 
Orders of Sale or Archive items are shipped at a flat rate of $10. 

Sale Terms and Conditions

Promotional Period 

For items purchased during a promotional period, we only offer exchanges for store credit. This credit will be issued at the full price of the item purchased and free returns are available for credit note exchanges. For Australian orders, free shipping is available and express shipping can be purchased for a flat rate of $10. All international orders will be shipped express for a flat rate of $45.

Please choose carefully as we are unable to make any amendments to, or cancel any orders once they've been placed during a sale period. 

Discounted items cannot be purchased in conjunction with any other discount codes or offers. 

Archive Sale 

Please choose carefully as Archive Sale items are not eligible for return, exchange or refund, unless deemed faulty by CULTIVER. We are unable to make amendments to, or cancel orders once they have been placed. Archive Sale items are shipped at a flat rate of $10.

Preorder

All items ordered will be shipped together once pre-order is available. We recommend placing separate orders for split shipments.

Returns

We understand how important it is to find the perfect linen for your home, and uphold high standards of quality and customer satisfaction. As such, we’re happy to facilitate returns to ensure you are 100% satisfied with your order.

Returns

We will happily facilitate a return where the goods are unused, unwashed and unmarked, and have been returned within 30 days of being received. We offer complimentary returns for all full-priced items within Australia. For International returns, please contact info@cultiver.com

We ask that you please open your package as soon as it arrives, as we are unable to accept returns that fall outside of our 30 day returns window.

To ensure your return is processed as quickly as possible, please write your return confirmation number clearly on the front of the package, or on a piece of paper inside. 

Please allow up to 5 business days after your return has reached our warehouse for the refund to be processed. This timeframe may be extended slightly during holiday and promotional periods. 

Please note, should your return not meet our return policy standards listed above, it will not be eligible for refund and we will re-ship the order to the original address. 

Special conditions apply for items purchased during a promotional period. Please refer to our Sales Terms and Conditions above. 

Exchanges

Should you wish to exchange your purchase for a different colour or size (please read our ‘Returns Policy’ for conditions), you can return the unwanted item/s and request either a refund or store credit, before purchasing your preferred item/s separately. 

Faulty Product

At CULTIVER we pride ourselves on the quality of our products, so in the unlikely event that you receive a product that is faulty, please get in touch with our Customer Service team at info@cultiver.com who will do their utmost to rectify the issue for you as soon as possible. 

Returns With Afterpay

You have the option to select Afterpay as your method of payment at checkout. For Afterpay returns, our returns policy applies, and you have the option to return your items for a full refund.

Once returns are processed, refunds will take approximately 3-5 business days to return to your account.

Please keep in mind that it is important to continue paying your Afterpay instalments whilst your return is on its way back to us and being processed by our warehouse as Afterpay will charge for any overdue payments. once your return has been processed you will receive a full refund. 

If you are partially returning your order, we can still partially refund you. Afterpay will reduce your instalment amounts or cancel depending on the return amount. To view your updated payment schedule, please log into your Afterpay account.

Sales tax

Australian orders are subject to 10% Goods and Services Tax, included in the prices shown.  

Duties, taxes, and any import fees for all international orders are not prepaid by CULTIVER. Customers will be liable for all import duties and taxes levied by the country your order has been shipped to. These will be due at the time of or after delivery. CULTIVER is not liable for these charges and these charges will not be reimbursed or refunded by CULTIVER. If you are unsure of the charges that apply, please contact your local customs office for more information.
