COVID-19 update: We are experiencing some delays in shipping and processing returns. Due to the global impact of the coronavirus, there have been disruptions to many postal services. Limitations on deliveries and extra precautions may cause some delays.
The health and wellbeing of our customers, our team and the people we work with is of the utmost importance. We will endeavour to deliver your items and process returns as promptly as possible, while following any precautionary measures deemed necessary.
Enjoy complimentary shipping on all standard orders. A standard order does not include sale items or linen swatches. Australian orders ship for free via Australia Post, Couriers Please, TNT or DHL Express for international orders with tracking.
International orders for full-priced items are shipped at a flat rate of $45.
Orders containing only swatch items are shipped at a flat rate of $10 to Australia and $45 Internationally.
Archive items are shipped at a flat rate of $10 to Australia and $50 Internationally.

Change of Mind
We will happily facilitate a return where the goods are unused, unwashed and unmarked and are returned within 30 days of being received. For change of mind returns, CULTIVER is not responsible for the cost of return postage. To process a return, please click here, and follow the prompts. To ensure your return is processed as quickly as possible, please write your RA number clearly on the front of your return package, and include your invoice in your return. Please allow 5-10 business days for your return to be processed. Full refunds will be processed once products are received and inspected. Refunds will be processed on the Friday following your order being received by our warehouse.
In the unlikely event that you have received a product that is faulty, please get in touch with a customer service representative at email@example.com so we can rectify this issue for you as soon as possible.
Returns With Afterpay
You have the option to select Afterpay as your method of payment at checkout. For Afterpay returns, our returns policy applies, and you have the option to return your items for a full refund.
Once returns are processed, refunds will take approximately 3-5 business days to return to your account.
Please keep in mind that it is important to continue paying your Afterpay instalments whilst your return is on its way back to us and being processed by our warehouse as Afterpay will charge for any overdue payments. once your return has been processed you will receive a full refund.
If you are partially returning your order, we can still partially refund you. Afterpay will reduce your instalment amounts or cancel depending on the return amount. To view your updated payment schedule, please log into your Afterpay account.
Sale Terms and Conditions
Please choose carefully as we are unable to make any amendments to, or cancel orders once they have been placed during a sale.
Items in the Archive Sale are not eligible for return, exchange or refund unless the item you receive is deemed faulty by CULTIVER.
Any additional codes or offers, including the 'Welcome Code' cannot be used in conjunction with, or applied to discounted items.
Items purchased during a sale period will have a $10 shipping charge applied.
Australian orders are subject to 10% Goods and Services Tax, included in the prices shown.
Duties, taxes, and any import fees for all international orders are not prepaid by CULTIVER. Customers will be liable for all import duties and taxes levied by the country your order has been shipped to. These will be due at the time of or after delivery. CULTIVER is not liable for these charges and these charges will not be reimbursed or refunded by CULTIVER. If you are unsure of the charges that apply, please contact your local customs office for more information.
