Promotion Name: CULTIVER Product Review Promotion 

Promotion Period:
The promotion commences on 09:00am AEDT 1 June and entries close on 11:59pm AEDT 31 August (promotion period).

Entrant Eligibility:
Entry is open to anyone over the age of 18 as at the date of entry. Employees, immediate family members of employees and employees of any company associated with the Promotion are ineligible to enter.Immediate family includes the following: spouse, ex-spouse, defacto spouse, child or step child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step parent, grandparent, step grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step brother, step sister or first cousin.

Method of Entry:
To enter the promotion, eligible entrants need to
purchase any CULTIVER product from cultiver.com.au for delivery to an Australian address and after receipt of their delivery, they will receive an email inviting them to submit a product review. They need to click where indicated on the invitation and submit a review of their purchased product.

Entry is regarded as being made at the time the review is received by CULTIVER.Entrants may enter the competition multiple times during the promotion period. Each entry must be a unique product review about a product currently sold by CULTIVER.

Draw Details:
A draw will be conducted on Tuesday 1st of September 2026 from all valid entries received during the promotion period. The draw will be conducted at 10am at Level 1, 643 Military Road, Mosman, NSW, 2088.

The first entry randomly drawn will be the Prize winner. 
An additional entry will be randomly drawn from all remaining entries and will form the potential unclaimed prize winner if required in accordance with 

Prize Details:
Entrants will have the chance to win one $500 CULTIVER voucher during the promotion period which can be redeemed on www.cultiver.com.au.

The prize winner will be notified by email on the day of the draw using the email address used to submit their entry review and the Prize delivered to them using the same email at the time of notification.

The Winners’ details will also be published on the Website on the date of the relevant prize draw.

If a prize is not claimed within 3 months of having been awarded, the relevant winner will forfeit their prize and the prize will be awarded to the unclaimed prize winner as described in Item 6.3. 

Unclaimed prize winners will be notified by email at the time of prize award using the email address provided with their entry. Unclaimed prize winner details (if any) will also be published on the Website. 

Other Conditions:
Entrants are required to take full responsibility for the content of their entry and for ensuring that their entry complies with these Terms and Conditions.
For the purposes of these content requirements, “entry content” includes any content (including text) that entrants submit in connection with their entry into the Promotion.

Any entry that is made on behalf of an entrant by a third party will be invalid, unless the entrant requires the assistance of a third party to enter due to a disability.

The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms & Conditions of Entry or who has, in the opinion of Promoter, engaged in conduct in entering the Promotion which is fraudulent, misleading, deceptive or generally damaging to the goodwill or reputation of the Promotion and/or Promoter.

Prize is not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. There is no entry fee necessary to enter.

The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend a game and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to a game will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.A game and these terms and conditions will be governed by Australian law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.

Promotion Dates:

Eligibility:

Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over at the date of entry, excluding residents of the Australian Capital Territory (ACT). Employees, immediate family members of employees and employees of any company associated with the Promotion are ineligible to enter.

Immediate family includes the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de facto spouse, child or step child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step parent, grandparent, step grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step brother, step sister or first cousin.

Entry:

The Promotion commences at 7:00am AEDT Friday 25/09/26 and entries close at 11:59pm AEDT Friday 02/10/26.

To enter, participants must also:

• ‘Like’ the collaborative competition Instagram post by @cultiver_goods and @scout.wanaka

• Follow both CULTIVER (@cultiver_goods) and Scout Wanaka (@scout.wanaka) Instagram accounts, and remain following both accounts when the winner is drawn; and

• Comment on the collaborative competition Instagram post, tagging at least one friend’s Instagram account.

• Complete and submit the official entry form via the website link on the CULTIVER website, accessible through the link in CULTIVER’s Instagram bio, and subscribe to CULTIVER’s marketing communications and provide email address and Instagram handle for verification of the entry requirements.

All entry requirements must be completed during the Promotion Period to constitute a valid entry.

By submitting the entry form, participants consent to receiving marketing communications from CULTIVER and Scout Wanaka, including email marketing. Participants may unsubscribe from CULTIVER and Scout Wanaka marketing communications at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions included in those communications.

Only one entry per person is permitted. Entrants may tag more than one friend per comment, but additional comments will not increase the chance of winning.

Prize Redemption:

The prize is not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

The complimentary two-night stay at Scout Wanaka must be booked directly with Scout Wanaka via scout.wanaka@gmail.com and is subject to availability.

The two-night stay must be booked for dates occurring before 1 April 2027. Bookings are subject to availability, and availability may be limited during school holidays, public holidays and other peak periods.

The winner should contact scout.wanaka@gmail.com with their requested stay dates to confirm availability and arrange their booking.

If the winner wishes to extend their stay beyond the complimentary two nights, Scout Wanaka may offer a discounted rate for any additional nights, subject to availability. Any additional nights and associated costs will be at the winner’s expense.

Complimentary flights for the stay will be provided in the form of a Qantas Flight Voucher valued at $1,200, subject to Qantas Flight Voucher terms and conditions as outlined on the Qantas website.

Redemption of the gifted CULTIVER Heavyweight Linen Bedcover and delivery of the complimentary Qantas Flight Voucher must be arranged directly with press@cultiver.com.

The winner will be selected at random using a digital drawing tool on 02/10/26. The winner will be contacted by email from CULTIVER using the email address press@cultiver.com ONLY on 05/10/26 (Monday).

We will not ask for any personal information or bank details. If you receive an email and are unsure whether the email is genuinely from CULTIVER, you may contact the CULTIVER customer service team separately at customer-care@cultiver.com to confirm.

Prize Conditions:

• The winner will be notified by email within two business days of the draw.

• To claim the prize, the winner will need to respond to CULTIVER’s email via the same medium within seven days of the email being sent.

• If the prize remains unclaimed, a new winner will be selected and the same notification terms will apply.

• The complimentary two-night stay at Scout Wanaka must be booked for dates before 1 April 2027 and is subject to availability(excluding public holidays 

• The complimentary stay may be subject to limited availability during school holidays, public holidays and other peak periods.

• Any additional nights requested by the winner beyond the complimentary two-night stay are subject to availability and may be offered by Scout Wanaka at a discounted rate. Any additional costs will be the responsibility of the winner.

• Any breakages or loss of the CULTIVER product caused by the customer will not be replaced.

• The CULTIVER Heavyweight Linen Bedcover is not redeemable for cash.

• The Qantas Flight Voucher is subject to Qantas’ applicable terms and conditions and cannot be exchanged for cash.

• The complimentary stay is subject to Scout Wanaka’s standard accommodation terms and conditions, which will be provided to the winner prior to booking. A security bond will be required prior to check-in and will be returned within seven days following check-out, subject to the usual terms relating to any damage, loss or additional charges.
